Participants will review these two important concepts: Agency includes a review of HB 122, the CIS form, and obligations & duties of a Realtor. We also review Fair Housing laws including Civil Rights, Fair Housing, American’s with Disabilities Act, Code of Ethics, Megan’s Law, and more. DE CREDIT ONLY  Cost: Free with Food or Money Donation.  The Food Bank of Delaware was originally founded in 1981 as the Food Conservers, Inc. The Food Bank has provided food assistance to Delawareans at risk of hunger for more than 25 years.   The Food Bank serves approximately 16,400 individuals in any given week & distributes food to 90,000 Delawareans annually! www.fbd.org

There is no charge for any of the classes we are offering.  We ask that you support our food drive by bringing a grocery bag filled with non-perishable items (one bag for each class).   We have provided over 28.5 tons of groceries and thousands of dollars to The Food Bank thanks to your contributions from our past events.

Below are items that are most needed by the Food Bank of DE:

soups, canned juices, canned and packaged beans, packaged pasta, rice and macaroni products, non-fat dry milk, canned products, personal hygiene products, home cleaning supplies, school supplies.  $$$$$$ Checks made out to The Food Bank of DE will also be accepted.
