MODULE 1- AGENCY & FAIR HOUSING  – Participants will review these two important concepts: Agency includes a review of HB 122, the CIS form, and obligations & duties of a Realtor. We also review Fair Housing laws including Civil Rights, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Code of Ethics, Megan’s Law, and more.
