The goal of this course is to offer practical advice for real life situations using real life examples. You’ll be exposed to contract issues, including home sale contingencies, flood and homeowner’s insurance, requirements for disclosure, escalation clauses, multiple offers, and improperly completed contracts. We’ll also cover survey issues, open permits, foreclosure, bankruptcy, stigmatized property, and default. Learning to resolve problems is the key to holding your transaction together!  **also approved for PA credit. Come early for a complimentary lunch provided by the Town of Whitehall from 12noon -12:45pm. Class starting promptly at 1PM.

Directions: Rt 1 South to exit 148 (located at the bottom of the Roth Bridge), keep to the left & continue to stop sign.  Make a left onto Lorewood Grove Rd.  Continue straight for 1.6 miles to traffic circle (you will see The Town of Whitehall on your right- multiple flags marking the highlights of the community).  At the traffic circle keep to the right (do not go left around circle), continue on Lorewood Grove Rd.  Make first right onto Mapleton Avenue- entrance to The Town of Whitehall.  Take the 1st left onto Wheelmen St, Model home down on the right.  Community located at the intersection of Jamison Corner Road & Lorewood Grove Road.  Entrance on Lorewood Grove Road.
