Nancy Walsh Law

Nancy Walsh Law earned her B.A. degree from the University of Delaware and her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law where she served as editor-in-chief for the Dickinson Journal of International Law. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Susan C. Del Pesco of the Superior Court of Delaware. Nancy teaches real estate law for the Delaware School of Real Estate and is a frequent lecturer on real estate issues at seminars and classes sponsored by the New Castle County Board of Realtors, Kent County Association of Realtors, Sussex County Association of Realtors and the Delaware Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Real Property section of the Delaware Bar Association and also a member of the St. Patrick “Center Board of Directors and the St. Patrick” Day Society in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Law is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania. A lifelong Delawarean, Nancy lives in Newark, Delaware with her husband, and two daughters.
