Rosalind D. Williams
Roz graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Political Science in 1988. Raised by a Dad who was an attorney and a Mom who was a Realtor, and having worked in their offices for as long as she could remember, there was no question she would be going into the real estate field in some way. Two years after graduating college, Roz obtained her Paralegal Certification from Widener University School of Law and began a career as a real estate paralegal. After working as a real estate paralegal for several years, Roz decided to attend law school at night and returned to Widener University School of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 1999. She passed the Delaware bar the same year and has been happily working as a real estate attorney ever since. She has been employed by Ward & Taylor, LLC since the firm was formed in 2005. She teaches real estate law and seminars for the New Castle County Board of Realtors, the Kent County Board of Realtors, and several real estate schools and many realty firms. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and three children. Her greatest joys are volunteering at her children’s schools, attending their sporting events and generally just being a mom.
